Made to order

Every True Jerusalem item is printed and made especially for you when you place your order. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping times

After production, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days within the United States and 7 to 20 business days for international orders. Times are estimates and can be longer during holidays and busy periods.

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.

International orders

Customs duties or import taxes may be charged by your country when the package arrives. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for a wrong size, a change of mind or an incorrect address. Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement or your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started the order cannot be changed.
